Some images from the 2019 edition of the popular bull-running events which forms part of the Jesús Nazareno celebrations.

For another year, the COVID-19 pandemic means that we can’t honour the town’s treasured image of Jesús Nazareno in the normal manner this spring. In normal times, the Placeta del Convent would be filled with the metal cages and wooden barriers as it hosts several days of the popular bull events which fills the square and its bars with residents and curious visitors.

The last time we managed to have a full programme was in 2019 and below we have produced a gallery of some of the best images from those days; they just seem so long ago now.
