Xàbia offers new aid package for self-employed who registered in 2020

The aid package forms part of the RECUPEREM XABIA plan and is specifically designed to support those who opted for self-employed status or opened a new business in 2020.

Today Wednesday 21st, Xàbia Council has opened the application period to request direct aid worth 1,000 euros by those who registered as self-employed during 2020. All those who, being unemployed, registered as self-employed between March 1st and December 31st 2020 are eligible to apply for this aid.

The application period will remain open until 09:00 on Thursday 6th May and interested parties can submit their requests for aid through the council website at www.ajxabia.com where the terms and conditions of the package can also be consulted.

The aid package forms part of the RECUPEREM XABIA plan and is specifically designed to support those who opted for self-employed status or opened a new business, despite the adverse circumstances caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Some 30,000 euros has been put aside by the Council to provide this specific support and is open to individual self-employed, collaborating self-employed, and self-employed integrated in a civil or commercial society.
