PROTECCIÓN CIVIL XÀBIA PAYS TRIBUTE TO LOLA IVARS
The retiring police officer has been acting as the group’s secretary for the past ten years.
Volunteers from the civil defence group Protección Civil de Xàbia have paid a warm tribute to Lola Ivars, a police officer in the Policia Local de Xàbia who has been closely linked with the volunteer group since she started taking care of the administrative procedures some ten years ago.
Lola is due to retire soon and the group invited her to their headquarters in Avenida Ramón Llidó to present her with a small gift, an act to which the councillor responsible for Public Safety, Juan Ortolá (CPJ), also attended.
The volunteers wanted to thank her for all the support that they received from her and acknowledge the hours that she dedicated as the group’s secretary.
