The Partido Popular (PP) is continuing with its campaign ‘Primer Xàbia’ by presenting its commitment to the conservation of the beaches and coves of the town. The candidate for mayor, Rosa Cardona, has explained the urgency to protect these natural spaces which, she claims, have been abandoned and undervalued during this last legislature under the leadership of José Chulvi.

To meet this goal, the PP has proposed to carry out an essential project of regeneration of the beaches for the enjoyment of the public and, above all, to act as a measure of protection of the coast against maritime storms, as in the case of La Grava beach in the port; recovery measures for Cala del Tangó, and the prevention of landslides in Cala de Ambolo which would allow it to be re-opened. With these measures, the PP seeks to demonstrate its concern to guarantee the proper conservation and access to these wonderful and essential landscapes for the population and prevent their further deterioration.

PP Xàbia is committed to working for the needs of citizens and leading the way towards a more sustainable and respectful future with the environment. With the motto “Primer Xàbia”, it shows a determination to prioritize the interests of the community and carry out projects that give quality of life to the inhabitants of the town.
