The Federación de Fútbol Comunitat Valenciana (FFCV) has confirmed the promotions and movements between its league set-up which will be experiencing a major restructuring for the 2023-24 season.

Promotion to Tercera Federación – Grupo VI

After the completion of the play-offs between the top three sides in each of the four groups of the Lliga Preferent, three teams achieved promotion to the national league system: CD Burriana, CD Utiel and UD Castellonense. In addition, due to the promotion of Orihuela CF and Torrent CF to the Segunda Federación and the fact that there were no relegations from that level to Group VI of the Tercera Federación (which covers the Comunidad Valenciana), Ontinyent 1931 CF and CD Soneja are also promoted as the best classified teams in the Lliga Preferent league that didn’t win promotion through the play-offs.

In addition, an expansion of Group VI of the Tercera Federación from 16 to 18 teams, means that FC Jove Español SV and Silla CF will remain at the national level, whilst the bottom club Hércules CF SAD ‘B’ are relegated to the Lliga Comunitat.

Promotion to FFCV Lliga Comunitat

Due to the restructuring of Group VI of the Tercera Federación, the teams which finished in ninth place at the end of the regular season of the Lliga Preferent are also promoted to the new Lliga Comunitat. They are: CF Nou Jove Castelló, UD Aldaia CF, CF UD Calpe and CD Thader.
