The countdown has begun for CD Jávea to continue aspiring to get one of the three promotion places to rise to the new RFEF Third Division next season. Two games a week is demanding for all teams and the one that is better physically and respect their injuries will have a point in favour. The victory against CF Gandia made a good impression and that the rojiblancos have improved tactically and physically, although they were tired at the final whistlee and on Thursday the team didn’t train.

Diego Miñana told XAD that the result was a narrow one due to the merits of his players, very serious in defense and only the lack of effectiveness in front of goal let them down. With regards to today’s game, he says that it will be a difficult one because it is a derby. Not only that, but CD Pedreguer have had time to rest as they didn’t play mid-week, they need points and will demand one hundred percent from the Jávea side to get what they want, victory. There may be changes to side after Wednesday’s win and what Miñana is clear about, despite the shortage of the squad, is that any player can participate and do well.

The match will begin at 16:00 today Saturday at the PPoliesportiu Municipal de Pedreguer and will be refereed by Benidorm delegate, Juan José Úbeda Cuadros.
