The Department of New Technologies and the OAC has announced that an automatic queueing system has returned to the Citizen Assistance Office in Portal del Clot. The OAC and the Economic Area addresses the need of the residents of Xàbia and an automatic system has been out of operation for some time.

The responsible councilor, Toni Molina, explained that the new automatic system will allow residents who attend the OAC and the Economic Area to be dealt to directly by the appropriate point of care. The system offers several languages, including English.

This system allows users to be directed to the appropriate customer service desks in a more orderly manner,” explained the councilor after the visit with the head of the department Pascuala Fornés.

Molina also took the opportunity to encourage all the OAC staff who have assumed a significant workload as the deadlines for submitting applications to be part of the Social Employment Plan and the enrollment of the Children’s School are underway.
