Traffic diversion information in Xàbia Històrica
The re-routing of traffic is necessary due to the closure of Carrer Roques and the renovation work on Casa Casa Candalería.
Since Monday, 10th November, Carrer Roques has been closed to traffic due to renovation works taking place at Casa Candalería. The road will remain closed until the works have been completed.
As a result, vehicular access to the Municipal Market, Farmacia Espinós, the Plaza de la Iglèsia and the Ayuntamiento de Xàbia will be via Carrer Tossal de Dalt (opposite the post office square) and exit will be via Carrer Roques towards Ronda Nord, the opposite direction to the normal flow of traffic.
New signs have been installed and the authorities ask drivers to proceed with caution throughout the affected area.
