Late Aliou Strike Rescues Point for Jávea Against Redován
Wind-delayed clash sees Redován lead through unlucky rebound goal before stoppage-time equaliser in front of 250 fans.
CD Jávea and FB Redován CF played out a 1–1 draw in the rescheduled match from Round 21, which had been postponed due to strong winds. A light drizzle during the first half made the pitch quick and slick.
The opening half was a poor one for the home side, who failed to register a single shot on target. The visitors took the lead in unfortunate fashion: Nico cleared the ball, it struck Pablo, and ricocheted into the net. Just before halftime, Nico produced his first key intervention, winning a one-on-one to prevent Redován from doubling their advantage.
Things did not improve much after the break. Jávea looked disjointed in midfield, and every Redován attack seemed to carry the threat of a goal. Nico again kept his team alive with a point-blank save. Later, from a Jávea corner, the visitors launched a counterattack that produced another dangerous chance.
Head coach Julio Ivorra tried to freshen up the team with substitutions, and Jávea began to push forward with greater intent. Joel nearly equalised with an audacious effort from midfield. Soon after came the home side’s first shot on target, again from Joel, but goalkeeper José Carlos tipped it away. Adrián then tried his luck with another effort that forced a fine save.
Finally, deep into stoppage time, the equaliser arrived. Cabo delivered a cross into the box, and Aliou finished from close range to make it 1–1.
CD Jávea: Nico, Isac (Maxi, 46′), Joan Pedro, Lucas, Adrián, Aliou, Aldo (Cabo, 74′), Joan (Joel, 64′), Josep (Fran, 75′), Paolo and Maveric (Mateo, 74′).

Despite the unpleasant weather conditions, around 250 spectators attended the match at the municipal stadium.
