This event will offer attendees the opportunity to enjoy various activities, such as culinary demonstrations led by Grego Arranz, an expert from the La Marina Alta Technical Center, who will share the secrets of seafood cuisine. In addition, there will be educational workshops on the quality of local fish and a family sushi workshop, ideal for enjoying with friends.

The day will culminate with a tasting of typical La Marina dishes, prepared live by four local chefs, promising a unique gastronomic experience.
