Promoter Taylor Wimpey claims to have sold 80% of its third promotion in Xàbia, which is being constructed next to the Viveros Chorro garden centre, located at the beginning of Avenida Trenc d’Alba between the historic centre and the port zone.

The company has taken stock this week of its investments in the Costa Blanca, in which it highlighted that it has allocated a total of 19 million euros in different projects in the south of the province and, in response to questions from Xàbia AL DÍA, has provided the relative data to the Residential Essencia, the third to be built in Xàbia.

Work on this residential complex began a year ago and it seems that they are progressing at a good pace and, according to the developer’s website, completion is scheduled for March next year. In addition, during the first weeks, it will open a show home.

What has gone very well, according to the company, are sales, as they have sold 80% of the promotion on plan to both national and international customers and of various nationalities.

Composed of 74 homes of 2 and 3 bedrooms, all of them are finished with top quality materials, the residential complex will have an adult and children’s swimming pool with gardens “creating a beautiful environment where you can enjoy comfort and relaxation“.

This is the third development by Taylor Wimpey in Xàbia, the first was in Calle Genoa and the second in the third line of the Arenal, Residencial Arenal Dream.
