UPDATE: Sadly, the body of Suzanne Knowles has been found today Tuesday 12th May. A large number of volunteers took part in the search. The cause of death has not been officially announced, but she is thought to have taken her own life.

The family and friends of Suzanne Knowles have asked for help to locate her, as her whereabouts have been unknown since last Saturday, when she was in Forna, a town in Marina Alta where she currently resides. At the time of her disappearance, she was driving a Beige Fiat van (see below).

This Monday and without news of Suzi Knowles, her closest friends filed a missing person’s report to the Guardia Civil in Pego, communicating that she could be in any location of the Marina Alta because the populations were part of her usual route: Pego, Tormos, Jesús Pobre, Xàbia, Dénia, Ondara, although other towns in neighbouring regions such as Castell de Guadalest or Gandía are not ruled out.

Her family is currently travelling from England to the Marina Alta to help with the search.

At the time of her disappearance, she was wearing a pink bird-print T-shirt and a blue canvas bag.

It is strongly requested that in the event of any clue of her disappearance, contact the Guardia Civil on the emergency telephone number 062 to provide the available information.
