The Alicante Provincial Council is offering a FREE online course in Spanish to all foreign citizens registered as a resident in one of the municipalities of the Province of Alicante.

The online course last approximately nine months and is available for learning 24 hours a day, seven days a week. There is also an opportunity to work off-line by downloading the units beforehand.

During the first month of course, students must complete a minimum of ten hours online training; failure to do so will result in the student being withdrawn from the course without warning. To receive a course certificate, the student must complete at least 50 hours of online training.

PC access is recommended with the following minimum specifications – LINK. Mobile phones and tablets can be used but not all the features of the course will be available. Technical assistance is available in English and Spanish via email.

To register FREE, you must have a Google account and you must be able to provide a copy of the municipal registration certificate issued by your local council (certificado de empadronamiento) dated no earlier that March 2019 in your application.
