The kitchen at LA CHOLA is a fusion of flavours and cultures. To all that is Mediterranean they add techniques, ingredients and spices from around the world.

The sisters Cynthia and Yhoana say that every plate has a story to tell and that is what they create in the kitchen. True fusion. Japanese beans with foie for example.

Every dish is prepared fresh to order using the finest quality ingredients, is beautifully presented and delicious.

They have recently relocated from the Arenal to the pueblo and the new restaurant is beautifully decorated and comfortable and they have now opened the terrace for the warmer summer months.
