If you require them to continue the support for the 2nd year of a contract they charge a fee equivalent to ½ a month\'s rent.

How does long term renting work with Sunset?
We help find you the property you want to rent long term.
The long term rental market is very buoyant in this area so if you find a property you want you need to reserve it.
To reserve a property and remove it from the market you need to put down a holding deposit of the equivalent to one month's rent. This holding deposit becomes part of the security deposit when the contract commences. If for any reason you pull out of the rental then you lose this holding deposit.
The standard refundable security deposit is the equivalent of 2 months rent.
Rent is paid monthly in advance.
There is an agent administration fee of the equivalent of 50% of the monthly rental charge for a 12 month contract. Pro-rata for shorter winter rentals.
As a tenant you are responsible for paying utility bills, such as water, gas, electric and telephone (if required), as well as the local annual rubbish collection charge.
The owner is responsible for maintaining the structure of the property, repairing and replacing broken appliances where contractually applicable. Paying the community fees and rates for the property unless otherwise stipulated and agreed in the contract.
Remember Sunset are there for their clients before, during and after your move.
