A beautifully decorated modern yet charming restaurant in the heart of the old town fusing tradition and modernity in both style and taste.

The cooking concepts Chef Carlos and his team have developed are based on the idea of ‘New tradition’, in the sense of bringing back Mediterranean traditional recipes and giving them a personal, different, and contemporary touch.

Always using local produce, high quality ingredients to which they give a culinary turn-around enriched by their travels around the world so that the customer enjoys a different experience; dishes finally arrive to the table carefully presented, while making you feel at home at the same time.
